Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and order changes are handled for our aluminium and wooden pattern manufacturing services.


1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Production Begins

Customers may request to cancel an order before production has started.

  • If accepted, cancellation may be approved without additional charges.

  • Any advance amount paid may be refunded, after deducting administrative costs (if applicable).

b. After Production Has Started

Once production, machining, or material procurement has begun:

  • Cancellation is generally not allowed due to the customized nature of the products.

  • If cancellation is requested, charges will apply based on:

    • Raw materials purchased

    • Labour completed

    • Design and engineering work done

    • Any other expenses already incurred


2. Refund Policy

Since all products are custom-made to client specifications, we normally do not offer full refunds once manufacturing has commenced.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

a. Duplicate Payment

If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

b. Project Cancellation Before Production

Refunds may be issued if production has not started, subject to deduction of administrative or processing fees.

c. Manufacturing Error

If there is a clear manufacturing defect caused by us and verified by our team:

  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Note: Issues arising from incorrect drawings, measurements, or data provided by the customer do not qualify for refunds.


3. No Refunds for Customized Products

As our aluminium and wooden patterns are made specifically to customer specifications, refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Unexpected design changes after approval

  • Misuse or improper handling of the product


4. Change Requests

If you want to modify design or specifications:

  • Change requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Additional charges may apply.

  • Lead time may be affected.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once manufacturing is underway.


5. Order Rejection

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Payment issues

  • Technical limitations

  • Unavailability of materials

In such cases, we will inform the customer and provide a refund (if applicable).


6. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
